Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests have a courteous and prompt takeout or curbside experience. You will take, package, label, bag, and process orders while guiding guests through the menu with exceptional hospitality.

You will deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and maintain sanitation and safety standards. No prior experience is required; training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Able to reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible to work diverse shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Handle takeout/curbside orders: take, place, package, label, bag, ring in and receive orders.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and provide outstanding hospitality.
