Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, delivering outstanding takeout and curbside service.

You will guide guests through the menu, pack and label orders, and deliver to curbside pickup while upholding sanitation and safety standards. We offer paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, flexible scheduling, and exclusive team member discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
