P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist to ensure guests’ takeout needs are met with courteous, prompt service. You will take, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver curbside pickups, while guiding guests through the menu.

The role emphasizes outstanding hospitality, sanitation, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or obtain one.

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a take out or curbside experience by taking, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest orders.
• Understand the menu to guide guests on items for takeout and catering and answer questions.
