Job summary

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. seeks a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served courteously and promptly, delivering a superior curbside experience. You will take, place, package, label, bag, and process orders, and deliver them for curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu with hospitality and accuracy.

Full training is provided; no prior experience required. The role emphasizes sanitation, safety, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Deliver orders for curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
