Vaden Automotive is seeking a detail-driven Tag & Title Clerk to join our administrative team in Savannah. You will manage all aspects of vehicle tag, title, and registration processing while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, supporting dealership operations and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Tag & Title Clerk or similar automotive admin role.
• Understanding of dealership operations, titling and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with customers and agencies.
• Experience handling payments and balancing drawers with accuracy.
• Familiarity with DMS and office software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, review, and submit title and registration paperwork to agencies within required timeframes.
• Process and record title/ tag fees and payments accurately and timely.
• Provide friendly support to customers on titling, registration, and documentation.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date files ensuring compliance.
• Handle payments, issue receipts or refunds, and balance cash drawers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure paperwork is complete for deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with DMV correspondence, title corrections, and inventory-related documentation.
