Krause Auto Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a dependable Tag & Title Clerk to join our dealership operations team. This detail-oriented role ensures vehicle deals are processed accurately, title work is completed on time, and DMV compliance is maintained across our multi-brand portfolio.

You'll support billing, title processing, and administrative tasks, maintaining organized records and coordinating with sales and finance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dealership billing or title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/title processes strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals with accuracy.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and dealership records.
