Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive tag & title, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Florida DMV titling and registration procedures is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software (DMS).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Submit title and registration paperwork to the Florida DMV and other applicable agencies.
• Maintain and organize title files, lien releases, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies to resolve title issues.
• Ensure compliance with Florida state titling laws and dealership policies.
• Track and follow up on outstanding titles and pending transactions.
• Assist the finance and sales departments with title-related inquiries and documentation.
