Job summary

Leadout Capital in Texas seeks a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers achieve a strong ROI with our Signature platform. You will act as an extension of the customer’s workforce, advising on technical and business matters to align with priorities, projects, and goals.

You will drive adoption of Salesforce and Tableau features, track usage metrics, and lead quarterly reviews with executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; company cannot sponsor visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Signature deliverables and renewal outcomes.
• Coordinate all Signature lifecycle deliverables and ensure customer value realization.
• Drive adoption of Sales and Service Cloud features and monitor usage metrics.
• Lead quarterly reviews and align platforms to customer priorities and roadmaps.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer IT and business leadership.
