Salesforce's Tableau for Public Sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers achieve ROI with Signature Success Plan. You will act as trusted advisor, coordinate deliverables, and drive adoption across business and IT stakeholders.

In-office flexibility is available with a minimum three days per week in the McLean, VA area; remote options may be considered. 5+ years in CS/SaaS, strong consulting and communication skills are required to influence executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS roles.
• Ability to articulate technical issues to business audiences.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of Signature deliverables and customer experience.
• Drive adoption of Tableau features with business users and analysts.
• Lead quarterly reviews and health checks to ensure renewal and expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships and align with customer goals.
