Job summary

Enboarder in Texas seeks a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers achieve ROI with Signature Success Plan. You will act as trusted advisor, coordinating delivery, renewals, and expansion while aligning technical and business goals.

You will manage stakeholders, drive adoption of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features, monitor usage metrics, and conduct quarterly reviews to guide platform adoption for FedCiv and public sector transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, Salesforce platform use, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value and influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of customer accountability for delivery of Signature deliverables and renewal/expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables and oversee the Signature lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce Cloud features with customer teams and leadership.
• Develop strong executive relationships and act as trusted advisor to align business value with platform capabilities.
• Lead quarterly reviews, monitor usage metrics, and guide strategic success plans.
