Qualifications

• Minimum of three years dealer experience at table games.
• Strong mental arithmetic with monetary units and odds.
• Sound judgment on gaming rules and regulations.
• Ability to observe payout accuracy and dealer behavior.
• Completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
• Customer service skills with discretion toward guests.
• Ability to supervise an international team of dealers.
• Knowledge of HR policies and disciplinary actions.
• Learn financial aspects and headcount management.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; proficient with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises casino table games such as Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker and Dice.
• Monitors compliance with gaming rules and safety procedures.
• Ensures payout accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Leads an international team of dealers with coaching and discipline as needed.
