Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is hiring for a casino dealer supervisor to oversee blackjack, roulette, Caribbean stud poker, and dice games on ship. The role requires strong leadership to manage an international team of dealers and ensure flawless game play, guest service, and adherence to gaming rules aboard our vessels.

The candidate should have at least three years of dealer experience with table games, plus completed dealer school and excellent arithmetic skills for quick odds calculations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years dealer experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice and other related table games.
• Ability to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly involving monetary units and calculating odds and percentages.
• Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment regarding gaming rules and regulations.
• Ability to observe and recognize payout accuracy, Dealer behavior and associated activities.
• Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of the Casino gaming tables and related services on shipboard.
• Ensures compliance with gaming rules and regulations and Celebrity Connections standards.
• Monitors payout accuracy and dealer behavior to maintain guest satisfaction and operational integrity.
