Job summary

Qualifications

• :Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in table games operations, including Dealer/Floor/Pit Supervisor roles.
• Strong knowledge of table game rules, regulations and internal controls.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software.
• Working knowledge of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and direct dealers to ensure proper execution of table games procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor game activity, wager amounts, and player behavior to identify irregularities.
• Track and document guest play, including purchases, wins/losses, and average bet size.
• Maintain table inventory levels and coordinate fills and credits.
• Inspect playing cards and dice for irregularities at shift start.
• Assist with scheduling, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Support team development through mentorship and feedback.
• Investigate and resolve guest concerns professionally and timely.
• Enforce safety regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, guest, and team member information.
• Collaborate with management to improve operations and guest experience.
