Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the casino floor in Omaha, NE. The role guides dealers, ensures adherence to gaming regulations, and supports the Casino Operations Manager in achieving service quality and profitability.

You will schedule, train, and mentor a team, monitor play for irregularities, and maintain compliance with internal controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ years in table games operations, including Dealer, Floor Supervisor, or Pit Supervisor roles.
• Strong knowledge of table game rules, regulations, and internal controls.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and direct dealers to ensure proper table games procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor game activity, wagers, and player behavior to identify irregularities.
• Track and document guest play, including purchases, wins/losses, and average bet size.
• Maintain table inventory levels and coordinate fills/credits.
• Schedule, train, evaluate, and take disciplinary actions for team members.
• Support development through mentorship and feedback.
• Investigate and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and internal controls.
