You will oversee daily table games operations, coach dealers, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. The role supports the Casino Operations Manager to drive service quality and profitability.

The position is full-time with a swing shift, including evenings and weekends. Requires 3 years in table games and strong leadership, customer service, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in table games operations (Dealer/Pit Supervisor).
• Strong knowledge of table game rules and internal controls.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office software and player-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dealers and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Monitor activity, wagers, and player behavior for irregularities.
• Document guest play and manage table inventory and shifts.
• Schedule, train, evaluate, and coach team members.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and support guest experience improvements.
