Qualifications

• 3+ years in table games operations including dealer, floor, or pit supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dealers and ensure proper execution of table games procedures.
• Monitor game activity, wager amounts, and player behavior for irregularities.
• Track guest play, including purchases, wins/losses, and average bets.
• Assist with scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety and internal controls; maintain confidentiality; improve guest experience.
