Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations for a designated shift in Casino Operations.
• Oversee all games, game protection, and the overall operation of Table Games and Slots on their shift.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and address scheduling concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Uphold customer service standards and address issues as they arise.
• Monitor the gaming floor, chip and cash transactions, and ensure accurate payouts.
• Maintain accountability for chips, cards, dice and other gaming equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report any issues.
