Job summary

Bally's Corporation in the United States is seeking a Table Games Floorperson to supervise table floor operations, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a safe, high‑quality guest experience. You will supervise dealers, set service standards, conduct departmental meetings, and maintain accurate documents while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 2 years of experience performing and managing duties of table games personnel (preferred).
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service and communication skills.
• Gaming industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise table floor operations and dealers.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes; ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct departmental meetings and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and laws.
• Evaluate dealers and assign to appropriate tables; supervise performance.
• Repair minor table game machine malfunctions when needed.
• Work without supervision and maintain guest relations.
• Possess strong organizational and management skills; flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
