Bally’s Corporation is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee a designated shift, ensuring smooth operations, game protection, and excellent guest service on the gaming floor. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and help monitor budgets to maximize profitability.

You must be 21+, possess extensive knowledge of Table Games operations, and be flexible to work all shifts. This role requires strong leadership, compliance awareness, and a commitment to delivering top-tier guest

Qualifications

Must have extensive knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations.
Ability to supervise staff and manage a designated shift.
Strong customer service skills and guest satisfaction focus.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
Understanding of regulatory compliance within gaming operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and manage daily Table Games operations on assigned shift.
Create effective schedules and maintain labor costs while meeting guest satisfaction.
Assist in budget processes and monitor departmental budget initiatives.
Demonstrate and promote superior customer service per company standards.
Oversee game protection, gaming floor integrity, and equipment accountability.
Monitor chips, cash transactions and ensure correct payouts.
Maintain department paperwork, logs, and communications.
Address team feedback, issues, and grievances promptly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality.
