Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of all Table Games operations preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage a shift.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations for Table Games.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in departmental budgeting and report budget concerns to management.
• Promote and model superior customer service and company standards.
• Maintain integrity of daily Table Games operations and gaming floor oversight.
