Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary, 5-6 Month Contract)

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for approximately 5-6 months. This role will support a high-volume recruiting function, with a primary focus on interview scheduling, candidate communication, interview confirmations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The coordinator will also maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with data cleanup efforts during an ongoing Greenhouse implementation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support experience
• Strong experience with high-volume interview scheduling and coordination
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including greeting and assisting candidatesHighly responsive, proactive, and able to work with urgency
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or JazzHR is a plus
