Compensation Potential

$39,000 to $75,000

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Achieve sales and profit goals, proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/executive improvement plans
• Experience in marketing and advertising activities
• Ability to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
