Job summary

Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission and distribution projects on the West Coast.

This role will manage phases of large or several smaller projects, ensuring proposals, bidding, execution, and closeout meet client expectations and safety standards. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera, HCSS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution projects is desired.
• Experience with EPC projects is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger transmission and distribution project or multiple smaller projects (~$500k each).
• Oversee all aspects from proposal/bidding through profitable project completion.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on safety performance and client satisfaction.
