Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead major utility infrastructure programs, from pursuit and estimating through construction and closeout.

You will oversee projects valued at $10 million or greater, directing project teams while delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget results for clients and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of related experience in utility/power delivery construction.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M or greater.
• Strong contract administration, estimating, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transmission, distribution, and substation projects from pursuit to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety performance, and profitability.
• Directly supervise and mentor Associate Project Managers, Project Managers, and assigned staff.
• Review contracts, project plans, specifications, and bid documents to understand requirements and risks.
• Coordinate estimating efforts, proposal development, RFP responses, and bids.
