Job summary

NBT is hiring for an IT support specialist responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and repairing computer systems and peripherals. The role includes documenting and upgrading hardware/software, managing user accounts, and collaborating within a team to achieve goals.

The candidate should have an Associate degree or equivalent and at least 3 years in IT, with strong communication skills and familiarity with Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT related field.
• A+ certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• 25% - Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• 20% - Analyzes and trends utilization metrics of various systems.
• 10% - Provide Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
• 10% - Other administrative duties as assigned.
