Qualifications

• Highly skilled in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
• Active Security Clearance with Polygraph.
• Familiar with reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and test workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
• Install and configure workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and cabling.
• Follow SOPs for the Connectivity Operations Team and use ticketing systems.
• Support network upgrade projects and end-user connectivity needs.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems per requirements.
• Configure operating systems and network components for reliability and performance.
• Support escalation processes and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage hardware dispatch and lifecycle resolution of issues.
