Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. in Jersey City is seeking a Systems Engineer II contractor to oversee enterprise Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments, providing L2/L3 support across a 24x7 operations model.

You will own end-user lifecycle management, manage IT service requests in Jira, and ensure secure access across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other enterprise tools. This role emphasizes proactive troubleshooting, backup administration, and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments.
• Experience with Jira for IT service tracking and ticketing.
• L2/L3 support in a 24x7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-user onboarding and offboarding including provisioning/de-provisioning, device setup, access management, and license assignment across platforms.
• Manage user lifecycles across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and other enterprise tools ensuring timely access changes.
• Track, manage, and update IT service requests using Jira with timely status updates and SLA adherence.
• Create, assign, and close tickets with sprint tracking and status updates within defined SLAs.
• Manage IT infrastructure service requests and perform backups of systems and network devices.
• Maintain strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and configure network switches and Meraki devices.
• Administer Active Directory services, Windows servers, and related infrastructure tools.
• Maintain GPO-driven policies, user/group management, and cross-domain functionality where applicable.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for help desk and Citrix XenDesktop environments (XenDesktop 7).
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and RADIUS servers across hosted desktops/VDI.
