Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Experienced Systems Engineer II in New Jersey to support enterprise Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, user lifecycle management, and 24x7 L2/L3 support across AD, Google Workspace, and Azure AD.

You will manage IT service requests in Jira, maintain backups, and support XenDesktop 7 environments and hosted/shared desktops. Strong networking and AD expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Experienced Systems Engineer II supporting enterprise-level Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments.
• Provide L2/L3 support in a 24x7 operational setup.
• Execute end-user onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle management across enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix XenDesktop 7 and hosted/shared desktops.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning/de-provisioning, device setup, access management, and license assignment.
• Manage user lifecycles across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and other enterprise tools based on HR triggers.
• Track and manage IT service requests in Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, status updates, sprint tracking, and closure within SLAs.
• Manage IT infrastructure service requests and perform backups of systems and network devices.
• Administer Active Directory services and Windows utility servers; maintain AD environment and GPOs.
