Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Systems Engineer II contractor to join the IT team in Jersey City, NJ. The role covers managing Citrix, Windows, and VMware, with 24x7 support and ownership of end-user lifecycle management and Jira-based service tracking.

The ideal candidate will have strong AD/Azure AD, Google Workspace experience, and hands-on Citrix XenDesktop knowledge, delivering L2/L3 support across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L2/L3 IT support in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience managing AD, Azure AD, and Google Workspace environments.
• Ability to track and manage IT service requests using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-user onboarding and offboarding processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, device setup, access management, and license assignment across all platforms.
• Manage user lifecycle across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and other enterprise tools ensuring timely access changes per HR triggers.
• Track, manage, and update IT service requests using Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, status updates, sprint tracking, and closure within defined SLAs.
• Maintain IT infrastructure service requests and perform backups of all systems and network devices.
• Administer Active Directory services, Windows servers, and Citrix XenDesktop environments; ensure GPO-driven policies and cross-domain functionality.
