Endeavor Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II – Citrix to ensure stability and reliable operation of in-house information systems. You will design, deploy, and support environments across hardware, software, and platforms while collaborating with other engineers to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, automation, and security-conscious engineering within a hybrid work model that combines on-site and remote support. Experience with Citrix XenApp/VDI is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in IT systems, platform engineering or technical engineering.
Experience with Citrix technologies and EMR integrations.
Training or certification in the relevant technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

Maintains and upgrades Endeavor Health software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
Leads technology initiatives within their portfolio with minimal direction.
Performs system analysis, integration and support tasks.
Installs software releases, patches and performs security updates.
Responds to incidents and escalates appropriately.
