Endeavour Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team supporting the enterprise Citrix environment (XenApp/VDI/NetScaler) across multiple IL sites. The role emphasizes designing scalable, secure systems and driving project work related to analysis, integration and operational support.

The candidate should have a bachelor degree or equivalent, 5+ years in IT systems or platform engineering, and experience with Citrix, cloud platforms, EMR systems and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT Systems/Platform Engineering experience.
• Experience with Citrix XenApp, VDI, NetScaler and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of EMR client systems (Epic) and security/compliance.
• Experience with patch management and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and upgrades Endeavour Health software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
• Collaborates with engineers to ensure interoperability across infra.
• Leads technology initiatives within scope and portfolio.
• Performs on-call support and incident resolution.
• Maintains operational security and handles remediation tasks.
• Participates in security forensics and analysis.
