Job summary

Net at Work is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to implement networking technologies for our clients and provide second-level technical support. You will configure equipment and software to meet business needs, document solutions, and contribute to both on-site and remote projects.

The role emphasizes reducing time to resolution, supporting service tickets, and delivering high-quality network engineering for a range of SMB clients. Strong communication and certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in MSP or service desk environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Mac OS, Windows OS, and common enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote fixes at desktop/server/networking levels, including software installs and backups.
• Handle 2nd level escalations and document resolutions for support tickets.
• De-escalate outages and coordinate with clients onsite when required.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and determine fixes.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures and produce status reports.
