Job summary

COURSER is seeking an experienced MSP Systems Engineer to manage and support client IT infrastructures within a managed service provider environment. You will install, configure, and monitor servers, networks, and cloud services to ensure high availability and security across client environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers and account managers, implementation of security best practices, disaster recovery planning, and proactive system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with cloud platforms and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure for client organizations.
• Deploy and manage OSes, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Monitor and maintain servers and network devices for uptime.
• Configure networking equipment for optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, networking and security.
