Job summary

COURSER is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and support client IT infrastructure within an MSP setting. You will configure servers, networks, and cloud services while ensuring security and high availability.

The role involves collaborating with engineers and account teams to deliver reliable solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, strong OS/virtualization skills, and experience with cloud platforms and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS, plus virtualization tech.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain client IT infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage OS, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Monitor servers, network devices, and performance with monitoring tools.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls.
• Support cloud migrations, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support and document system configurations and SOPs.
