Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Debug hardware, firmware, BIOS, BMC/IPMI, GPU, and OS issues on CPU/GPU server platforms.
• Manage and prioritize support requests through JIRA with timely updates.
• Install, replace, and cable server hardware components including GPUs, DIMMs, PSUs, and risers.
• Monitor lab and data center environments for power, network, cooling, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, OEMs, ODMs, and vendors to resolve platform-related challenges.

Systems Design Engineer - Data Center / GPU Platforms Austin, TX (North Austin/Wells Branch/Loop 1 Area) | 100% Onsite Pay-$60/hour Duration-12 Month Contract

What's the Job?
