Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work issues through a JIRA ticket.
• Debug platforms and ensure priority items are addressed.
• Monitor lab and data center for power/network issues.
• Install and replace hardware; debug FW/OS related to GPUs.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and ODMs/OEMs.
• Drive continuous improvement and document updates.
• Run automated scripts and review logs.
• Engage with OEM partners and vendors.
