Job summary

Brex is seeking a Systems-focused professional to own the GTM tooling, workflows, and automations that power Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. This hands-on role centers on understanding where time and efficiency are lost, then designing and shipping solutions that close the gap.

You’ll work in a hybrid Seattle environment, collaborating with GTM leaders to embed AI directly into the tools used daily, driving smarter spend management and faster operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, builder-focused role.
• Ability to scope, build, test, and ship with minimal oversight.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and translate into technical solutions.
• Work within GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra) to enhance tooling and integrations.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and justify investments to leadership.
• Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into tools and workflows with guidance from senior team members.
