Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of business systems analysis experience with cross-functional collaboration and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business partners within an Agile delivery team to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify pain points and efficiency improvements.
• Use data tools to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Assist with test planning, UAT, and backlog prioritization within sprint planning.
