Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist in Plano, TX to manage system administration tasks, data reporting, and process improvements. You will coordinate with US teams and Korea HQ, support users, and help deploy AI-assisted workflows on web-based systems.

The role requires strong English and Korean communication, expertise with Jira, and ability to configure workflows and respond to incidents. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications
