Job summary

vibehackers is seeking a bilingual IT Systems Administrator and Service Desk specialist to support users, manage Jira/web systems, and deliver AI-assisted automation workflows. You will analyze data, generate KPI reports, and collaborate with U.S.

and Korea teams to optimize operations. The role requires 5+ years in relevant roles, a degree in information systems or related field, and fluent English/Korean communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service desk or system administration.
• Fluent English and Korean communication.
• Experience with Jira or ticketing systems.
• Experience building lightweight automation with AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk/help desk support and customer support for users.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including user and access management.
• Configure and maintain system workflows and processes; investigate issues and escalate as needed.
• Produce data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting (Excel-based).
• Design, build, and maintain lightweight automation solutions and AI-assisted workflows using prompt engineering techniques.
• Drive continuous process improvement with an Agile mindset and QA for remediation of issues.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams and Korea-based headquarters and present findings to clients.
