Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in Service Desk/IT Operations or System Administration.
• Experience supporting users, troubleshooting, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Korean, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk & Customer Support in a bilingual environment.
• Perform system administration tasks including user and access management.
• Configure workflows, investigate issues, and escalate as needed.
• Leverage prompt engineering to create and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
• Analyze data and generate KPI reports to track performance and trends.
• Drive continuous process improvement using Agile mindset on QA/system failures.
