Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level IT support for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and Inmate environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software escalations; collaborate with IT staff and end users.
• Assist SCCM deployments, packaging of applications, and manage OSD task sequences.
• Support Airwatch console assets and VDI session connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist the DOC Inmate environment with troubleshooting, image testing, and customizations.
• Review hardware and software purchases; assess IT requirements and integration needs.
• Perform interoperability tests to validate resource migrations and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to evaluating security services and directory services within open systems.
