Job summary

V Group Inc. in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a 3rd level Support Analyst to troubleshoot and support PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and Inmate environments. You will assist with escalations for hardware and software and guide end users through solutions.

Responsibilities include SCCM deployments, packaging applications, maintaining OSD task sequences, managing Airwatch assets, and daily VDI operations. You will engage with IT staff and contribute to process improvements and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with SCCM deployments and OS Deployment (OSD).
• Experience supporting Airwatch and VDI environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist and supports SCCM deployments, packaging applications, and other SCCM tasks. Maintains OSD task sequences and relative packages.
• Supports the Airwatch console environment with managing assets and objects.
• Supports the VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) with daily tasks like session support and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Supports the DOC Inmate environment with testing, troubleshooting, and customizations.
