Job Summary

This position is for a 3rd level Support Analyst providing advanced technical support for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and inmate computing environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software escalations, supporting SCCM deployments and packaging, managing Airwatch assets, maintaining VDI sessions, and assisting with inmate environment customizations. The analyst will work onsite with some remote flexibility, collaborating with IT staff and end users to ensure system functionality and recommend technology improvements.

Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications

• At least 3 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Experience with SCCM, Airwatch, VDI technologies, and operating system deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Ability to manage and support complex IT environments including inmate systems.
• Willingness to undergo an in-depth background check including fingerprinting.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience with packaging applications and managing OSD task sequences.
• Knowledge of network, security, and directory services in open systems.
• Familiarity with beta testing and evaluation of IT products for institutional use.

Special Considerations

• Position is primarily onsite with possible remote work based on business needs and supervision discretion.

Scheduling

• Standard work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Management allows some flexibility in start times but requires availability during core hours.
