Job summary

Inabia-Software- is seeking a 3rd level Support Analyst to provide specialist IT support for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and inmate environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software escalations and guiding end users through resolution steps.

You will collaborate with IT staff to deploy SCCM packages, maintain OSD task sequences, manage Airwatch assets, and support VDI sessions and connectivity. The incumbent will assess system needs and contribute to hardware/software decisions.

Qualifications

• Provide 3rd level IT support for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and inmate environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software escalations.
• Collaborate with IT staff and end users as needed.
• Provide instruction for processes and problem resolution.
• Support SCCM deployments, packaging applications, and related tasks.
• Maintain OS Deployment (OSD) task sequences and packages.
• Manage Airwatch console assets and objects.
• Support VDI session issues and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist DOC Inmate environment with troubleshooting and image testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level IT support for PSDC SCCM, Airwatch, VDI, and inmate environments.
• Troubleshoots and assists with hardware and software support escalations.
• Assist and supports SCCM deployments, packaging applications, and other SCCM tasks.
• Maintains OS Deployment (OSD) task sequences and relative packages.
• Supports the VDI with daily tasks like session support and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Supports the DOC Inmate environment with general troubleshooting, image testing, and customizations.
