Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for advanced issues and projects.
• Lead implementations, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Manage server operating systems — installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, file permissions, event logs, and GPOs.
• Support and optimize backup/disaster recovery, networking (SonicWall, Cisco), and virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware, SANs).
• Automate processes and improve efficiency through PowerShell scripting and RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Participate in internal and external (client‑facing) meetings when necessary to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
