A leading managed services provider is seeking a System Administrator to manage and migrate Microsoft 365 environments and handle escalated support tickets. We’re seeking a System Administrator (Managed Services) with previous MSP experience who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. This is your chance to work on diverse projects, handle escalated tickets, and deliver consultative solutions that truly impact client success.

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer and migrate Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage Windows Server (2012–2022), AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Deploy and maintain VMware/Hyper-V and Azure solutions
• Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall and Cisco Meraki firewalls and Layer 2/3 switching
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve security and performance
• Collaborate with clients to plan and implement IT upgrades

What We’re Looking For

• Previous MSP or CSP experience (required)
• Strong skills in Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on firewall configuration experience (SonicWall / Meraki)
• Familiarity with ConnectWise, Datto RMM, ITGlue, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Hybrid WFH flexibility (2 days remote)
