Job summary

Bowman Williams is seeking a System Administrator Level 2 to own escalated issues across multiple client environments in a hybrid WFH role with local site visits. You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows servers, networking, and endpoint devices, with Tier 2 troubleshooting and a path toward Tier 3 and architecture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSP or multi-client IT support experience.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoints, servers, and networking.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 users, licensing, permissions, Intune, and device management.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and general network connectivity.
• Support SonicWall and Cisco Meraki environments.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migrations, workstation refreshes, office moves, and infrastructure projects.
• Support Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, backups, MFA, and endpoint security.
• Use PSA and RMM tools to manage tickets, devices, patching, documentation, and time entries.
• Work directly with clients remotely and onsite when needed
