UMB Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager – Syndications to support the expansion of its Syndications platform. The role reports to the Manager of Loan Syndications and collaborates with internal teams and external partners on syndicated deals.

Responsibilities include structuring transactions, managing existing deals, preparing materials, and maintaining Debticate data. Strong credit analysis experience and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for precise analyses.
• Proven teamwork abilities on multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within and outside the company.
• Ability to act independently and resourcefully.

Responsabilités

• Prepare marketing materials for syndicated deals (requires credit analysis).
• Assist with structuring syndicated transactions.
• Manage portfolio of existing syndicated deals and waivers.
• Coordinate with external bank partners on inquiries.
• Review and advise on loan documentation for syndicated deals.
• Coordinate closings and ongoing draws with Loan Administration.
• Create a database of UMB-Agented deals with maturities and reporting items.
• Process and respond to inquiries on syndicated deals.
• Maintain contact management data on Debticate and support calling efforts.
• Collect reporting items from deal teams and post to Debticate.
• Engage with Relationship Managers on syndicated transactions.
• Assist with internal reporting, education and market updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
