UMB Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager – Syndications to support the growth of our Syndications platform. The role reports to the Manager of Loan Syndications and collaborates with the Transaction Manager to manage a broad range of syndicated transactions.

You will prepare marketing materials, structure deals, and oversee waivers, consents, and amendments, while maintaining relationships with internal teams and external bank partners.

Qualifications

• Five years of Commercial credit analysis experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Persuasive and concise verbal and writing skills to write clear and precise analytical documents and to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Demonstrated teamwork ability to contribute to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within and outside of UMB.
• Ability to act independently and resourcefully.

Responsabilités

• Prepare marketing materials for syndicated deals and perform credit analysis.
• Assist with structuring syndicated transactions.
• Manage portfolio of existing syndicated deals including waivers, consents and amendments for UMB-led deals.
• Coordinate with external bank partners and respond to deal inquiries.
• Review and advise on loan documentation for syndicated transactions.
• Coordinate closings and ongoing draws with Loan Administration for syndicated deals.
• Create a database of UMB-Agented deals with maturities and reporting items.
• Monitor Debticate for third-party data on syndicated deals and update records.
